Zola Francis is a senior project accountant on the design and construction team at KA Real Estate where she is responsible for processing requisitions for all new development and capital improvement renovation projects.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2018, Francis worked as a project accountant/account manager at The Market Group where she processed requisitions for payment, invoicing, cost accounting and payables and receivables for all projects. She has 12 years of accounting experience.

Francis earned a B.S. from Broward College and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
