William McLaughlin is a senior associate for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors’ growth capital strategies where he is responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities and assisting with the monitoring of portfolio companies and deal execution.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson, McLaughlin worked at Long Ridge Equity Partners, a growth equity firm in New York focused on technology. Prior thereto, he held positions at Google and YouTube in both the U.S. and Europe.

McLaughlin earned an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. cum laude in Economics from Northwestern University.
