Spenser Cardenas is a senior associate on the debt team at KA Real Estate where he is responsible for performing due diligence, underwriting and analysis of potential direct lending investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson Real Estate in 2021, Cardenas was an associate at BridgeInvest where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring and executing commercial real estate debt and equity investments for the debt fund and private syndication platforms.

Cardenas received a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University with a minor in Real Estate with a concentration in Law.
