Taylor Rijos is a vice president on the seniors housing team at KA Real Estate. He is responsible for origination, analysis, underwriting and execution of acquisitions and works with joint venture partners to oversee day-to-day management of KA Real Estate’s seniors housing properties.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2018, Rijos was an account lead and senior associate for Welltower where he was responsible for all aspects of acquisition, disposition and asset management of healthcare real estate. During his tenure at Welltower, Rijos oversaw various ASHA Top-20 operator relationships, and helped launch Welltower’s West Coast office in Beverly Hills, CA.

Rijos earned a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
