Nick Gilkey is an associate on the debt team for KA Real Estate where he is responsible for performing due diligence, underwriting and analyzing potential direct lending investment opportunities for the platform.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2020, Gilkey was an analyst for Lancaster Pollard responsible for financial modeling and valuation deal analysis and assisting with the loan processing. Prior at Lancaster Pollard he worked as a construction analyst overseeing portfolio loans, managing new construction loans as well as project and relationship management.
