Monalisa Nakib is a controller on the accounting and finance team at KA Real Estate where she is responsible for accounting and financial reporting of portfolio assets for the seniors housing platform.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2013, Nakib worked at Related Companies, WHM LLC (affiliated with Blackstone Group), Jones Lang LaSalle, and NAI Hunneman Management Company at a senior level for a total of 12 years in various real estate accounting divisions.

Nakib earned a B.A. in Accounting from Seneca College, a B.S. in Computer Science, and an M.S. in IT from Clark University, and an M.B.A. in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
