Michael Zangara is legal counsel for KA Real Estate where he is responsible for providing legal oversight to the real estate private equity and debt platforms.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2018, Zangara was an associate for Stroock & Stroock & Lavan where he counseled developers, institutional and non-institutional investors in connection with real estate matters including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and construction of commercial and residential real estate assets.

Zangara earned a B.S. cum laude from Indiana University and a J.D. and L.L.M. from the University of Miami School of Law. Zangara is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York.
