Michael French is a senior associate at KA Real Estate where he oversees and manages both internal and third-party valuations of real estate assets across all funds. In addition to valuations, French is involved in various systems growth and improvements, working within the financial planning & analysis team on advanced modeling and data connectivity for improved data-driven insights, projections, and problem solving.

Prior to joining KA Real Estate in 2022, French was a senior associate at OHC Advisors, a south Florida-based healthcare and senior housing real estate appraisal firm serving clients nationwide. Before that, he was a director at Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, where he was instrumental in deal volume and quality growth through the creation and implementation of various systems improvements and web-based applications. French has also held positions as director of healthcare and senior housing at Butler Burgher Group, a large nationwide commercial real estate firm.

Michael holds a double major in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
