Matthew Lakatos is an analyst on the debt team at KA Real Estate where he is responsible for reporting monthly statistics, remittance reconciliations, and asset management business functions for the debt platform.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2022, Lakatos worked as an asset management analyst for SitusAMC where he was responsible for helping with reporting monthly statistics and quarterly asset reports. Earlier at SitusAMC, Lakatos was an underwriter.

Lakatos earned a B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia.
