Mark Mangilit is a senior vice president for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors where he is responsible for trade & portfolio compliance and other compliance projects and initiatives. Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2019, Mangilit was a compliance manager at the office of the chief investment officer of the University of California in Oakland. Prior to that, Mangilit was a compliance manager at Passport Capital in San Francisco and a vice president in the compliance group of BlackRock.

Mangilit earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis and a Master of Science degree in Financial Analysis and Investment Management from Saint Mary’s College of California.
