Kedisha Johnson is a vice president of risk management and insurance on the legal team at KA Real Estate where she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of insurance and operational risk management.

Prior to joining KA Real Estate, Johnson was a principal risk analyst at NextEra Energy responsible for managing and reviewing exposures of the organization and implementing effective risk financing solutions. Before her role at NextEra, Johnson held senior level risk management roles at 3Sixty Duty Free & More, Cott Beverages, Whole Foods and AIG where she lead comprehensive risk management programs including risk mitigation, insurance procurement and claims administration.
