Joel Novelliere is a vice president on the accounting and finance team at KA Real Estate where he is responsible for financial reporting analysis and business intelligence initiatives.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2020, Novelliere held various positions within the finance group, most recently as the director of finance for Island Hospitality Management where he performed financial analysis and planning tasks including managing annual operating budgets, forecast reports and financial trends within the organization.

Novelliere earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Florida State University and an MBA in International Business from Florida Atlantic University.
