Jane McCormack is a vice president for Kayne Anderson’s middle market direct lending activities.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2019, McCormack spent three years with J.P. Morgan where she focused on originating, structuring, underwriting and syndicating leveraged finance transactions across a broad spectrum of industries.

McCormack graduated magna cum laude with a B.B.A. from Texas Christian University.
