Ethan Smith is a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors’ human resources team, where he is responsible for recruiting qualified and talented candidates for the firm.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson, Smith was most recently a Senior Recruitment Consultant with Spencer Ogden, where he was responsible for talent acquisition and sourcing, in addition to acting as a key account manager for several private equity firms.

Smith earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington, with a major in Business Management.
