Prior to joining Kayne Anderson, DiLeo worked at Freddie Mac Multifamily where he led the Small Balance Loan (SBL) securitization platform. He was previously an associate at Fortress Investment Group where he focused on capital market real estate transactions including corporate finance and structured debt.

DiLeo earned a B.S.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University.
