Craig Silverman is a vice president on the seniors housing team at KA Real Estate where he is responsible for origination, analysis, underwriting and execution of acquisitions and works with joint venture partners to oversee day-to-day management of seniors housing properties.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2018, Silverman worked as a financial analyst at LCB Senior Living where he analyzed investment returns related to the development, acquisition, refinance and recapitalization of senior housing assets. Silverman previously worked for ten years on asset management and business development developing projects and managed a portfolio of affordable housing properties.

Silverman earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
