Brian Lessans is a director on the acquisitions team at KA Real Estate, where he is responsible for origination, analysis, underwriting, financing, deal structuring, and execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and developments.

Prior to rejoining KA Real Estate in 2021, Lessans spent over ten years in commercial real estate acquisitions and banking, including his prior tenure with KA Real Estate from 2015 – 2020. His recent experience includes two years as vice president at Artemis Real Estate Partners, focusing on the growth and management of their healthcare platform. Prior to joining KA Real Estate in 2015, Lessans worked in banking for KeyBank Real Estate Capital.

Lessans earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Business Law from the University of Miami and an M.P.S. in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
