Avery Lopez is a project accountant on the design and construction team at KA Real Estate where he is responsible for financial oversight on new development, renovation and capital improvement funding requests as well as accounting administration of the overall project development.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2020, Lopez was a project accountant at Terra Group and was responsible for month end close funding tasks, loan draw preparation, and audit support. Before working at Terra Group, Lopez was an accounting specialist at Compton and Lee.

Lopez earned a B.S. in Accounting from Florida State University and an M.A. in Professional Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
