Ariana Nelson is a managing director on the investor relations team at KA Real Estate where she is responsible for overseeing and managing KA Real Estate’s investor communications and reporting, public relations and fundraising initiatives. Additionally, Nelson collaborates across all departments and with senior leadership to drive business development goals through the capital raising cycle for the KA Real Estate Funds.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2019, Nelson was vice president of investor relations at American Realty Advisors where she oversaw various internal teams managing the investor portfolio and reporting needs, developed and implemented content creation, maintained strategic relationships with institutional investors and consultants, and developed innovative marketing strategies and campaigns for the institutional, and retail channels. She started her career at Epoch Investment Partners leading the global institutional marketing and client communications efforts.
Nelson holds a B.B.A. with a dual concentration in Management and International Business from Northeastern University, D’Amore-McKim School of Business.
