Allison Carlton is associate general counsel for KA Real Estate where she is responsible for providing legal oversight to the real estate private equity and debt platforms.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2013, Carlton was an attorney in Holland & Knight’s real estate group where she represented clients in a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions, including development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, construction and financing transactions.

Carlton earned a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Florida, and a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, magna cum laude. Carlton is admitted to practice law in Florida.
