Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors’ principals and many employees have made charitable giving an important part of their lives for many years. In 2011 we formed the Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors Foundation (KACAF) in order to:

• Embody the charitable spirit inherent in our company’s culture
• Encourage employees to increase their individual giving and participation in charitable activities
• Provide an organized way to make charitable contributions

Our emphasis is to donate to those charities that help society’s most disadvantaged—whether economically, physically, educationally, or socially.
